Mangú Delight
1. Deposits
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. No event date is confirmed until the deposit has been received.
2. Final Payment
The remaining balance is due prior to the event date or upon delivery, as agreed in advance. Failure to remit final payment will result in cancellation of services.
3. Cancellations
All deposits are non-refundable. If an event is canceled after full payment has been received, all payments are forfeited due to food preparation, staffing, purchasing, and scheduling commitments already made on behalf of the client.
4. Guest Count & Order Adjustments
Final guest count and menu selections must be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to the event date.

Increases in guest count will result in additional charges and must be paid in advance.

Decreases after confirmation may not reduce the final invoice due to purchasing and preparation commitments.

Changes made within 7 days of the event may be subject to a last-minute adjustment fee.
5. Credit Card Processing Fees
Payments made via credit card through Square may be subject to a 3.5% processing fee. Alternative payment methods may be available upon request.
6. Food Safety & Liability
Mangú Delight is not responsible for food once it has been delivered, served, or left at the event location. Proper handling and storage after service is the client’s responsibility.
7. Service Concerns
Any concerns must be communicated during the event or within 24 hours of service completion. We are committed to client satisfaction and will review concerns on a case-by-case basis.
8. Force Majeure
Mangú Delight is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures, or emergencies.
9. Right to Refuse Service
Mangú Delight reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
